Paramount Custom Homes starts by meeting with you and discussing your
unique needs. All of the homes we build are custom designed, so you will not be
limited to a small number of available floor plans. We can even work with your
existing drawings or sketches. Share your ideas with us and we'll give you a
realistic plan to make them a reality!

After we've agreed upon the design for your new home and setup an affordable budget,
we will create detailed plans that will guide the rest of the construction process.
Next, we'll work on getting all the necessary permits to build your new home in the
area you've chosen.
Next, we'll create a realistic schedule for each phase of the construction process and
coordinate with a team of subcontractors who will handle the plumbing, electrical,
carpentry, heating and air conditioning and other aspects of the construction process.
Throughout the process you will work with outside design consultants to
choose the aesthetic aspects of your new home. This may involve choosing the
design for your kitchen, deciding on appropriate lighting fixtures, paint colors, flooring
types, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and more. You are in complete control during
this phase of the process and are free to adorn your new home with as many
'bells and whistles' as you like. The design consultants we recommend will make this
process easy for you by suggesting items that compliment your new home, while staying
within your budget.
At any point during the planning or construction phases of the project, you should always
